Who We Are

At Connections NW, we provide Attendant care for developmentally & intellectually disabled customers and their families. We provide 

person-centered services for customers and families.


We serve the way we do - with care and intentionality - to stay true to our commitment to this community, which we know and love.

 We provide customers and families with DSPs (Direct Support Professionals) and carefully designed support services. Our DSPs will equip each customer with the skills and support to thrive in their home and community. Our goal is to create independence, not dependence, with the support provided!

Our DSP's start at $24 an hour, with annual raises up to $26, plus full benefits and overtime. Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional! Our goal is seeking compassionate, motivated DSPs dedicated to empowering individuals in our community. As a DSP, you’ll work one-on-one to support customers in building life skills, promoting independence, and enriching their daily lives. Our commitment goes beyond care – we believe in fostering meaningful connections and providing tailored support that respects each individual’s unique needs and goals. Become a Family Caregiver

 Learn How to Get Paid to Care for Your Loved One

At Connections NW, we believe the best care comes from those who know and love your loved one best—family members or trusted friends who truly understand their needs and routines.

With our Bring Your Own Caregiver program, family members or trusted friends can be paid to provide care. Our DSPs (caregivers) start at $24 per hour, with annual raises up to $26, plus full benefits and overtime.
