Attendant Care Services in Oregon - Connections NW

We provide individuals and families with one-on-one assistance and carefully-designed support services in Deshutes, Douglas, Lane, Coos, Josephine, Jackson, Klamath, Union, Baker, Malheur, Umatilla and Crook Counties.  


Starting DSP wage $24.00 with an increase of $1.00 each year of service up to $26.00 .

What Do Attendant Care Providers Do?

Our Attendant care providers offer varying levels of service based on each individual's needs.

 Our DSPs (Direct Support Professionals) assist individuals in accomplishing activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, and health-related tasks through hands-on assistance, supervision, or cueing. Examples of this caregiving service include but are not limited to: 


Hygiene: Bathing, hair care, grooming, shaving, nail care, dressing

Socialization: Support and participation in the community   

Nutrition: Preparing meals, adequate food and liquid intake 

Housekeeping: Cleaning surfaces, making bed, cleaning dishes, dusting

Community Activities: Engage in community-based activities

Intentional Support for Individuals and Families

Connections NW works with customers and families on an individualized support plan both in the home and community. After meeting with your family to discuss needs, we will recommend a DSP based on the support needed and requested schedule. DSPs can be scheduled as-needed to fit with your life needs. At Connections NW we go over and beyond to support our staff. Our priority is to make sure they have all the tools necessary to support their customer.
