Through our employment services, we support individuals in the workplace, helping them achieve their long-term job goals. Our purpose is to exceed expectations while enriching lives in our communities!

Every customer is unique and has different acquired and natural abilities, interests and work experiences. Our Employment Services identify these abilities through one-on-one assessments, discussion, and learning. These activities look like:

- 1:1 Job Coaching
- Job Search/Job Development
- Application Completion
- Skill Building in the workplace & before the workplace
- Job feedback and support
- Team communication and updates from the employer
- Interpersonal relationships support
- Working with or without VR
